A. Shopify store information

• Store name, store domain, and Shopify store identifier.
• Product titles, descriptions, handles, URLs, and SEO metadata.
• Collection titles, descriptions, and related SEO information.

• Storefront URLs, redirects, and information required for SEO audits.
• Relevant Shopify resource identifiers and app configuration settings.

We access only the information required to operate the App’s enabled features and permissions.

B. SEO and technical information

• Meta titles and meta descriptions.
• SEO audit results and technical SEO issues.
• Broken links, 404 errors, and redirect information.
• Structured data, including JSON-LD schema.
• Image sizes, compression status, and alt text.
• Page speed and optimization-related information.

C. Google Search Console and analytics information

If you connect Google Search Console or another supported Google service, we may access information authorized through your Google account, such as search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average search positions, and relevant website performance information. The specific information accessed depends on the permissions you grant and the integrations you use.

We use this information to display reports, analyze search performance, and provide SEO recommendations. We do not access Google account information unrelated to the enabled integration.

D. Account and usage information

We may process app installation details, selected settings, subscription plan, feature usage, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and maintain the App. Subscription billing may be handled by Shopify or its designated billing systems. We do not collect or store complete payment card details unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information as necessary to:

• Provide SEO audits, recommendations, and optimization tools.
• Generate AI-powered blog posts, product descriptions, collection descriptions, page content, and metadata.
• Analyze and optimize image sizes, compression, and alt text.
• Identify broken URLs, 404 errors, and redirect opportunities.

• Connect to Google Search Console and display authorized search performance reports.

• Maintain application functionality, troubleshoot errors, and improve security.
• Provide customer support and communicate important service updates.

We do not sell your Shopify store data or use it for purposes unrelated to providing, securing, and improving the App, except as permitted by applicable law and this policy.

3. AI Content Generation and Third-Party AI Services

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate or improve SEO content, product descriptions, blog articles, metadata, image alt text, and optimization recommendations.

When you use these features, relevant input information may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers to process your request and return generated output. Depending on the feature, this information may include product details, collection information, page or blog content, keywords, or instructions you submit.

We aim to send only the information reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested operation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.

The handling, retention, and use of submitted information by an AI provider are subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policies. We select providers and configure their services in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Depending on the features you enable, the App may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including:

• Shopify and Shopify APIs.
• Google Search Console and supported Google services.
• Google Analytics, where enabled.
• AI service providers used for content generation and optimization.
• Image processing and compression providers.
• SEO, review, page-building, and other compatible Shopify applications.

These services may process information necessary for their specific functions. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies and terms. Connecting a third-party service may require separate authorization. You can revoke access through the relevant service’s settings, although this may prevent associated App features from working.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Depending on the feature, information may be stored in our application database, processed temporarily, or transmitted to authorized service providers. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by information type and feature. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized when reasonably practicable, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate retention requirements. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information or Shopify store data. We may disclose or make information available when necessary to:

The App is designed primarily to support store administration and SEO optimization. Ordinary SEO functionality does not require customer order or customer profile information unless a specific feature requires it and the necessary access has been authorized.

We handle Shopify data in accordance with applicable Shopify requirements, including requirements for protected customer data, data minimization, and mandatory privacy webhooks. Where applicable, we process requests to access, correct, or delete personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws and Shopify requirements.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.

Uninstalling the App revokes its access to your Shopify store through the applicable app authorization mechanism. Uninstallation does not necessarily delete every record immediately. We handle deletion requests and applicable Shopify privacy webhooks in accordance with our legal and platform obligations.

9. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you or your business are located. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for Shopify merchants and business users. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
